- No, we are loudly NOT an HOA, nor do we seek to be one. And to our knowledge there is no HOA within our bounds.
- But what about your deed-restrictions? What are those and who enforces them?
- It is true that we do maintain a copy of the deed-restrictions for Eastwood we do not write or enforce them.

- No, this is a purely voluntary organization
- Who can be a member?
- Residents, Property Owners, Business Owners within our Bounds, we also allow for “Friends of the Civic Association” that live outside the bounds

- Why “Eastwood Civic Association” when you cover my neighborhood and I live outside of Eastwood?
- Well, it’s a bit of a long story but we agree that “Eastwood Civic Association” is a misnomer and that perhaps we should call ourselves “Greater Eastwood Civic Association” however we have a history with this moniker and we are sticking with it for now. Sorry for any confusion. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
